Originally built in the early 1910s, Americana Farm is a celebration of classic American architecture, thoughtfully restored and reimagined for modern living while honoring its rich history and enduring character.

From the initial design concept through the final installation, Chanelle Cosumano led every aspect of the transformation. Every finish, fixture, furnishing, lighting selection, color palette, and architectural detail was carefully curated to create a home that feels authentic to its heritage while offering the comfort and functionality of today.

Preserving the home's original character remained a guiding principle throughout the renovation. Historic features were restored whenever possible and thoughtfully integrated with updated spaces, creating a seamless blend of nostalgia and modern sophistication.
