Mid Century Mountain

The client called seeking a refresh of her second home, located atop the mountain, with incredible views. The client also desired to make it appealing as a vacation rental and to create a good monthly income. The refresh evolved into a renovation of both bathrooms, including the addition of an extra vanity in the bedroom to accommodate guests. Updating the kitchen with new counters, a new island, and painted cabinets. The entire home was painted. A new front window and a barn door to give privacy between an awkward bedroom that was opened to the family space. Most of the furniture was used and all of the bedding, window curtains and rugs were updated. The outdoor spaces and the gardens were redesigned.
